About the Workshop:

Unleash the Spark is a two-day workshop designed to help you overcome anxiety and fear, and to unleash your authentic self with confidence and strength. Whether you're looking to improve your personal or professional life, our program is designed to help you develop an arsenal of tools and strategies to overcome your fears and shine brightly. We'll teach you how to manage your nerves before presentations and public speaking, and help you step out of your comfort zone to become the leader you always knew you were.

This two-day workshop uses theater techniques like play, movement, masks, and voice training to boost your confidence and communication skills:

— Play: Explore your inner creativity and problem-solving by having fun with theater games and improvisation.

— Movement: Learn how body language affects communication and enhances interpersonal skills.

— Mask Work: Understand personalities and build confidence by working with Balinese masks.

— Voice Training: Improve your voice for clear and confident communication, preventing voice strain.
